The service call charge varies with the equipment being diagnosed.

This fee is for arrival, diagnosis and any research involved in parts lookup. 

If you choose to have us repair your appliance, *the service call fee is reduced by a full 50%!! (which can save you as much as $47.50!)

If you choose not to have your appliance repaired, ONLY the listed service charge will apply.

*during normal business hours. 8am-5pm, M-F. 10am-4pm Sat. After hours, Sundays and Holidays not included in the discounted service call special.

This "blue book" is a menu of repairs that are reported to be most common and are subdivided by; Appliance,  Manufacturer,  job cost. The price of the repair includes all parts, labor,  warranties, etc.  But does not include our discounted service fee (see above). Our technician will show you the book and cost of the job before any repairs are performed. 

For repairs that are not listed in our blue book? Good question. We will perform all the research necessary for the parts needed to complete your repair, then work up a quote for you based on the retail cost of parts plus the blue book labor codes.

We do not use hourly rates. This keeps our tech's from taking lunch breaks or phone calls on your nickel and ensures you that we will be fast, accurate and fair (we don't charge more because you live in a nice neighborhood, for instance).

If, after having your appliance repaired, you experience the same condition as a result of our workmanship then you owe nothing during your coverage period.

*we use OEM parts to perform repairs. As of Jan1, 2006 manufacturers reduced their warranties from 1 yr. to 90 days. We're sorry for this change in their policies and any inconvenience to you.
